Villa Yaz Serin is situated in the outskirts of Ozankoy which is about
3 miles from the centre of Kyrenia.

Ozankoy itself is an original Turkish village and has been for generations.  It hosts a mosque, a few shops and restaurants.

The side of the pool is planted with banana trees and lillies.

It is a large villa situated in a third of an acre plot.  The gardens are growing extremely well and we now have figs, grapes, bananas, apples, olives, and much more.

The side of the pool area is planted with palm trees and hisbiscus (or Chin Gulu as they are known in Turkish)

We have a large area at the back which has a built in barbeque

The front garden has a vine trellis, a well, olive trees, jasmin plants and various other trees and shrubs.

The villa itself is situated slightly north of the village towards Bellapais Abbey which is lit up at night, high in the Kyrenia Besparmak Mountains.
