It has an open-plan downstairs with a large lounge and dining area, with an arch through to a spacious kitchen. 

There is a TV with Turkish satellite which can obtain a couple of English speaking channels.   

The kitchen is fully equipped with a large fridge freezer, gas and electric hob and electric oven, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, cutlery, crockery, etc.   

We also have a water cooler which is essential for those hot summer days.

There is also a large utility room which houses a toilet, shower and washing machine.    

Upstairs, there are three large bedrooms, one with ensuite and then another family bathroom.

Ensuite to the master bedroom

The master bedroom has a double bed, built in wardrobes and a large en-suite bathroom. It has a very large terrace with fantastic views of the mountains and sea (about two miles away).

The other two rooms have twin beds in one and bunk-beds that can be made into twin beds in the other.  Both have built in wardrobes and a balcony.  

The villa is air-conditioned and is very bright and airy.

It also has internet access - which can be activated by a trip to Sunny Cyprus internet (on the Lemar supermarket complex) and the charge is £40 for your stay.

The pool and terraces

The pool is an overflow pool measuring 5m x 10m.  It has a large terraced area and there are also three terraced areas surrounding the villa.   We have four sun loungers, chairs, a sunshade and everything you need for a perfectly relaxing holiday.   

We have a maintenance contract with a local pool cleaning company who visit twice a week in the summer and once a week in the winter.

The large terraces allow for shade or sun throughout the day and there is a breeze for most of the year, even in August. There is also a built in barbecue which is fantastic for pool parties.  

Local amenities  

There is a little shop and a few small restaurants in Ozankoy (which is walking distance away along very narrow village roads).  However, it is advisable to have a car as the area is very hilly.   

There is also a new restaurant on the main road called the Dream Castle but it is very expensive

There are also many restaurants along the main coast road and loads in Kyrenia itself which is a ten minute drive away.   We recommend any restaurant in the Ezic group (Ezic, Ezic Premier or Ezic Peanuts), Niazis or Passport.

The nearest beach is Shayna Beach Club which is about ten minutes drive away (east of Kyrenia). The charge to enter is about £2 (YTL 5) and it has a nice bar/restaurant area.

Otherwise there are two holiday complexes that have their own beaches :  Oscars Resort (on the main road to Kyrenia) or Acapulco which is east of Kyrenia, past Catalkoy.  It as a very large complex, with one of the largest swimming pools on the island and a beautiful sandy beach.  You have to pay to enter both of these complexes (about £6 each).  

There are also many other beaches west of Kyrenia; one being ‘Kervan Saray’ (about a 20 min drive from the villa) where you can sit in the restaurant at the top of the cliff and watch the sun go down.  

The ‘Lemar’ supermarket (like a Co-op)  is approximately 1 mile away towards Kyrenia.
