BACKGROUND

We manage a number of rental properties in West London and have many contacts in the the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus, including family.  We decided a number of years ago that it was time to invest in a holiday home in this beautifully unspoilt part of the world.

The process from idea to completion actually took about 5 years;  3 and a half years planning and researching and about 18 months from selecting a plot and finding a builder and solicitor, to the villa being complete.

VILLA RENTAL

The villa is now built and we are now able to rent it to visitors of the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus. 

PROPERTY DEVELOPMENT

Having spent so much time developing our own villa, we now understand the complete end to end process of investing in property in the TRNC.
